10.00 Summary of results of the January PIE seminar
10.30 Keynote by Dr Uzziel Ndagijimana, Vice-Rector Administration & Finance, National University of Rwanda
11.00 Presentation of 3 cases in groups:
Prof José Castiano, Universidade Pedagogica, Mozambique
Dr Omar Bawazir, Hadhramout University College, Jemen
Prof Joni Hermana, CKNet-INA & Institute Technology of Sepuluh Nopember Surabaya, Indonesia
Discussion and analysis in groups of HR situations in presented projects (groups)


Afternoon
13.30 Sharing of results and feedback by case owners on presentations of all groups
14.30 Discussions on HOW to improve HRM in Higher Education based on identified challenges and successes (sub groups)
15.30 Collection of inputs for final document as results of the seminar
16.00 Synthesis on findings of the two seminars
17.00 Reception on the occasion of the 5th anniversary of PIE
